Currently, you can order film and film supplies through the online store. For Graphtec plotters and their accessories, call our office. Check out the full list of plotters/accessories.

Order Processing

Once you submit an order using a credit card, your card will not be processed until after we confirm the order can be successfully shipped. In the small chance an order can’t be shipped within a day, we’ll let you know.

Security

We’re using a secure server and SSL (technology used for encrypting sensitive information) to protect your credit card number and other personal information during any transaction. We won’t store your credit card information mainly for your protection. It may be something we’ll look into adding in the future if there’s enough interest.

12pm PST

All orders that are placed by 12pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed and shipped the same business day. We’re shipping from two locations so you can expect prompt deliveries.

Warranty

If the product fails under the scope of the warranty, then PRO-TECT FILM Distributing, Inc. will replace the film at no charge. We must have pictures of the failed product along with the film that was removed and invoice showing the installation was completed by one of our dealers.
